I was hiking in Shenandoah State Park in Virgina, USA, and after several hours of walking, I emerged onto the top of this plateau. I was so aware of how remote the area was, and this vista was spread out in front of me which really highlighted the wilderness of nature. I took quite a few images of this panorama, but then by changing the colour temperature of the image, I was able to create this haunting blue tone, which I felt was evocative of the area.
This artwork is a perfect addition to any space, bringing a touch of the outdoors into your home.
Print Dimensions & Materials
Print dimensions are approximate due to cropping or original image format and refer to the paper size including the white border which is included for framing purposes.
Prints are made by traditional Giclée printing, using Epson 'UltraChrome' pigment based inks that have been tested to give colour prints lasting 100 years plus without fading, and Hannëmuhle Fine Art 100% cotton paper. Should you have a specific choice of paper, please ask and I will do my best to help.
