I had been wandering amongst the woods for some time searching for the right areas where the sunlight bought out the colours of the leaves to maximum effect, and by selecting the areas I photographed very carefully and using a double exposure in the camera, I captured the autumn colours of local woodland in a riot of golds, orange and brown in a more abstract way.
This artwork presents a vivid portrayal of nature's transformation, showcasing the rich hues of autumn as they blend seamlessly into the forest backdrop. The intricate details of the foliage invite contemplation, evoking a sense of tranquility and warmth.

Print dimensions are approximate due to cropping or original image format and refer to the paper size including the white border which is included for framing purposes.
Prints are made by traditional Giclée printing, using Epson 'UltraChrome' pigment based inks that have been tested to give colour prints lasting 100 years plus without fading, and Hannëmuhle Fine Art 100% cotton paper. Should you have a specific choice of paper, please ask and I will do my best to help.
