This artwork presents a dynamic scene of autumn leaves swirling in the currents of a fast-flowing stream. The light was just catching the tops of the swirling eddies, and the leaves were dotted throughout the water, not in large clumps which made the graphic nature of the image work so well. The interplay of movement and colour evokes a sense of nature's rhythm, as the leaves dance through the water, creating a captivating visual narrative. The soft, fluid forms suggest both the energy of the stream and the gentle transition of the seasons.

Prints are made by traditional Giclée printing, using Epson 'UltraChrome' pigment based inks that have been tested to give colour prints lasting 100 years plus without fading, and Hannëmuhle Fine Art 100% cotton paper. Should you have a specific choice of paper, please ask and I will do my best to help.
Larger image sizes, bespoke orders, and special materials such as DiBond, aluminium or canvas are available, please ask.
