I captured this tranquil scene of a fishing boat gently moored in a serene lagoon while travelling in Vietnam. In the distance you can just make out vertical lines of mooring poles which break up the line between the horizon and the water. The minimalist composition emphasises the calming blue hues of the boat, standing out beautifully against the soft, muted tones of the surrounding water.
The stillness of the lagoon evokes a sense of peace and solitude and invites contemplation.

Prints are made by traditional Giclée printing, using Epson 'UltraChrome' pigment based inks that have been tested to give colour prints lasting 100 years plus without fading, and Hannëmuhle Fine Art 100% cotton paper. Should you have a specific choice of paper, please ask and I will do my best to help.
